Brimmond is a cute little bucket bag in a self coloured deep purple Harris Tweed with a bright zingy lime green cotton lining. Colour Blocking fun!
The bag stands by itself and has a interior partion with a grommet. The handles are purple webbing that matches the bag.
 
Measurements are: 12 x 8 x 4inches or 30 x 20 x 10 cm approx 
 
arris Tweed is a very unique textile, which I just love working with. Woven by the islanders in their homes in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, finished in the islands of Harris, Lewis, North Uist, Benbecula, South Uist and Barra (The Outer Hebrides) and made from pure virgin wool, dyed and spun in the Outer Hebrides.
Harris Tweed production is protected by The Harris Tweed Act of Parliament 1993, which strictly outlines the conditions in which the cloth can genuinely be made.
As my bags are made one at a time they will all differ slightly from each other, whether it is the fabric, placement of pockets etc, so your Harris Tweed bag will be truly unique.
