Shipping Policy
Dispatch times:
In stock orders are shipped within 4 working days. If it can be done faster it will be.
Orders that are being specially made can take up to 10 working days to be shipped.

UK Orders:
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class 'signed for' unless you request otherwise.

Overseas Orders:
Parcels over the value of £20 are sent via Royal Mail 'International Tracked and Signed For'.
Parcels under the value of £20 are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail and I keep a copy of the postage notification.

Custom Orders:
I am not responsible for any customs, tax and duty charges incurred on international orders.
Returns Policy

I accept returns of unwanted in stock items within 14 days. This does not apply to custom orders.

All items within the returns policy must be posted back to me at your own expense. The item(s) must be in their original condition, as it arrived with you,
With all label/bands attached as it arrived with you.
Once the item has arrived and been checked, I will issue a refund, replacement or store credit.
